Fluid Power Training Associates LLC is a world-class fluid power training & consulting firm. 30 years ago we set out to bring top-level fluid power, hydraulic, pneumatic & electrical training to groups & individuals eager to enter all phases of industry. Today we are proud to offer the most complete & widest available line of pneumatic, electrical & hydraulic training courses to industry & individuals seeking convenient self-paced training, and often collaborate with colleges, universities, technical institutes, workforce development centers, skill centers, and vocational technical schools.
FPTA LLC presents pneumatic, electronic, and hydraulic training programs nationwide, each with a uniquely comprehensive syllabus. All fluid power courses are open-registration, but may also be customized for on-site training needs, from basic hydraulics training to advanced hydraulics/pneumatic/electrical training. We additionally offer a set of custom-produced interactive training CDs, DVDs and manuals which we give to students, but also sell separately for individuals who are inclined to learn about fluid power technology in a convenient, self-paced manner.
Our fluid power training approach has been formed by 90 years of combined hands-on & troubleshooting experience with industrial & mobile equipment by our three full-time, degreed mechanical engineering instructors. We have collaborated with many community colleges, colleges & universities in developing or improving their fluid power programs in presenting basic hydraulics/basic pneumatics up to & through advanced systems.
We have additionally developed portable, hands-on hydraulic/pneumatic comprehensive trainers which we call the “FAST II” series: Five models ranging from a basic hydraulics training unit to a full-system, two-pump combined hydraulic/pneumatic unit, each developed to meet our own higher hands-on training standards, and ensure that our courses deliver the highest understanding of hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, circuits & systems and electrical/electronic systems. Full system schematics & bills of material for each of our five Model “FAST II” trainers are available upon request by e-mail, fax, or postal mail.
